John Cooke has developed and delivers over 12 different workshops on all aspects of entrepreneurship, sales, value proposition development, investment readiness, using LinkedIn for business development and pitch training.  Using models including MIT's 24 Steps, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas and a multitude of real-world examples, John has a workshop to fit the needs of any aspiring entrepreneur.

These workshops have been delivered through organisations as varied as University of Birmingham, Minerva Business Angel Network, Innovation Birmingham, Association of Executive Coaching, University College Birmingham, Vistage and PwC.

 

Investment Readiness

Raising investment for a new venture is challenging.  We guide founders through what is needed, prepare them for the meetings they will hold with investors and help make introductions.  Supporting everything from financial modelling to pitch training and company valuation techniques.
