Assisted in the implementation of Sugar CRM with this specialist contact adhesive coating business - helping define core sales processes and reporting needs, plus configure a solution bespoke to the business.
Entrepreneurs for the Future
Provide coaching and mentoring services to the tech business founders based at the e4f incubator in Birmingham. Includes helping select founders onto the programme and providing regaular coaching to help them develop their business plans to gain investment and first customers.

Assisting the founders with the development of a partner network for Natural HR's saas platform. Enabling partners to benefit from delivering a full HR software solution to their clients, branded as their own and build services around the software.

Developed and facilitated a programme of coaching, workshops, peer groups, entrepreneur dinners and keynote events to help boost the skills of the founders of fast growing tech businesses at Innovation Birmingham.
Vistage International
Provide LinkedIn research and marketing services to all new coaches within the UK Vistage business. This includes analysing each coach's LinkedIn network, reviewing and updating Salesforce with findings and connecting with CEOs, MDs and Founders to build the membership of Vistage in the UK.
