Executive Team
John Cooke
Founder
John worked at both IBM and Microsoft in a variety of roles before co-founding his first start-up InfoBasis.
He went on to build InfoBasis in the UK and US before selling to a NASADQ listed business in 2008.
John then headed up Business Development in the UK and Ireland for Vistage International, the world's largest CEO coaching organisation. Here he gained qualifications in executive coaching and led John to support the e4f incubator at Innovation Birmingham and with University of Birmingham Enterprise.
Through Element-C, John has worked with over 700 founders of businesses ranging from apps to safety glove manufacturing, assisting with strategic planning, investment readiness, commercialisation and helping with business introductions.
